蒜蓉烤茄子

  1. 茄子预处理:茄子切开,花刀,方便入味,入锅蒸10min
  2. 酱汁:蒜、小辣椒、少量清水加入料理机,打碎,再加入耗油、盐、生抽酱油、食用油,搅拌均匀待用
  3. 烤制:烤箱预热,加入后烤6min
  4. 加葱,再烤3min

后记:尖椒放多了,所以有点辣;酱汁里水加多了,有点稀;茄子比较圆,所以蒸10min后还是不够软,下次可能需要换成15-20min。
