香菜丸子(重庆火锅用)

  1. 盆中加入猪肉馅0.7磅,香菜一棵切碎,姜两三片切碎、葱一根切碎、鸡蛋一个、香油两茶匙、植物油三到五茶匙、淀粉四茶匙、料酒四茶匙
  2. 搅拌均匀之后揉成丸子即可
