茶叶蛋(实验1)

材料

鸡蛋、茶叶、八角(大料)、桂皮、盐、冰糖、酱油、香叶

步骤

  1. 鸡蛋煮熟,捞出后冷水浸泡,敲碎
  2. 另起一锅水,加入配料和鸡蛋,煮沸后,小火继续煮20分钟
  3. 锅中浸泡一夜即可
