青椒肉丝

  1. 青椒,猪肉切丝
  2. 肉丝加入淀粉/盐/酱油/蛋清/食用油,搅匀,腌制一段时间
  3. 热锅,冷油,肉丝下锅,炒熟出锅
  4. 锅中再加油,下姜蒜,青椒,炒一会后加入炒好的肉丝,适当加盐味精,出锅
